My Opinion:
As an entrepreneur who have launched many projects, i can promise you, this is the most powerful quote about entrepreneurship you will ever find.
As a matter of fact, every successful project i have ever launched is due to this philosophy of just jump.

In contrast, i have seen the effect of procrastination on myself sometimes and on very smart individuals that failed to become proper entrepreneurs. This quote is the go to quote when it comes to beating procrastination and the over analyzing trap.
