One of the greatest skills of leadership is being unflappable. Anytime you do anything in the world; there’s going to be criticism – Arianna Huffington
Arianna Huffington, Co-found and editor-in-chief of Huffington Post, an online media group that she sold to AOL for US$315 million.
I had to look this word up, unflappable means having or showing calmness in a crisis.

My opinion:
My leadership skills are quite modest, to be able to provide an extensive analysis of this quote. However it is well known that leaders have to remain calm in crisis. It is also known that leaders need to take sometimes decisions that are unpopular, and that there will be always someone dissatisfied.
As the popular quote by Abraham Lincoln states :
You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.
