Dreams are a dime a dozen. It’s their execution that counts – Theodore Roosevelt

I am writing about this quote by Theodore Roosevelt that might look like relatively close in meaning to the the below 3 quotes :
The best way to succeed in business, is to be in business.
The true entrepreneur is a doer, not a dreamer.
Ideas are worthless. Execution is everything.

The quote by Theodore Roosevelt :

Dreams are a dime a dozen. It’s their execution that counts

Theodore Roosevelt

While in principle this quote is true, one should never underestimate the power of dreams. Execution is important, but the dreams by themselves can not be discarded as useless, because often, sooner or later, these dreams are manifested in a form or another.
Dreamers, are often people looking for empowerment or financial help in-order to be able to execute these dreams. And sooner or later, these ideas and dreams find a way to life, either being executed by the dreamers themselves or by someone inspired.

Theodore Roosevelt, is not wrong from an individual point of view, having dreams and not executing them, is of no value to the individual.
Most people, have dreams or projects they wish to launch, but most are afraid to take the plunge and some simply procrastinate.

But, in general i think it is important to have dreams. Otherwise what would life be, without something to aspire to.
Thus i quote:
If you don’t have big dreams and goals, you’ll end up working for someone that does.
Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it.
